Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Daniel Bywater (“we”, “us”) governing your use of ForgeFun (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

ForgeFun is a family-oriented collection of daily puzzle games. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service.
  • Cheat, exploit, automate, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the games, rankings, or other players’ experience.
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Submit abusive, harassing, unlawful, or offensive content, or impersonate others.
  • Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service unlawfully.

Accounts & your responsibility

You may play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, and don’t create accounts for children without a parent or guardian’s involvement (see our Privacy Policy). We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Your content

The Service lets you submit content such as feedback and bug reports. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate, support and improve the Service (for example, to diagnose and fix the issue you reported). Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t include sensitive personal information in feedback.

Our content & intellectual property

The puzzles, games, artwork, and the ForgeFun name are our own creations (or used under licence) and remain our property. These terms don’t grant you any rights in them beyond using the Service as intended. Some third-party assets are used under their own licences — see the credits in Settings.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access — including removing accounts — if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Some provisions (such as intellectual property, no warranty, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use ForgeFun after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
